Some New Features at RE411

I've been really "bad" about updating the RE411 members with new features and tools on the site.  Please forgive me and hopefully I can do this more regularly now.

1. More Text Editor Improvements

Based on all of the great feedback we've gotten about improvements you'd like to see the text editor, we've given you more control over line spacing between paragraphs. We've also improved the way line breaks work and made the HTML editor more like HTML editors used across the Web. These changes are now live on the network.

2. The 100% Recommendation

Tired of paragraphs not having enough space between them? Or too much space? Now you have the ability to make it just right. Use the new Paragraph Spacing setting to set your spacing to 100%, to make each "return" automatically insert a full line above and below (100%). Or, make it so new lines have no spacing between them (0%). I recommend 100%.

3. Copy an Event

Many people who use the Events module find themselves repeating events quite often. Being able to create a new event based on an old event can save a lot of time over the long run. While this isn’t a full recurring event feature, it should make re-purposing a previous event quick and easy.

4. "More" in the Activity Feed

You may have noticed a new addition to the Activity Feed in the past few weeks. We've added the ability for members to see deeper into the Activity Feed with a "More" button. This was a very big request, so thanks for your patience while we made this improvement. I hope it gives you one more reason to like the new Activity Feed.

5. Preview More Content

You’ve always had the ability to preview a blog post before publishing it. Why not make it open in a new window so you can more quickly preview and return to make changes? Why not add that functionality to forum discussions as well? Now, you can preview more content before publishing.
